- make a plan to help you move better
- show you exercises to help you:
- get stronger
- get more flexible
- heal your injury
- use exercises or massage to help with sore joints or muscles
- teach you comfortable ways to sit or lie down
- help you get a:
- special chair
- special bed
- wheelchair
- get equipment to help you walk if you need it.
