Purpose
QUEST was developed by WFOT to provide a common strategy for using indicators to measure quality of occupational therapy services The evaluation strategy tool describes:
- The Quality Indicators ( Framework as a conceptual model for identification of a core set of quality indicators for occupational therapy and
- The Quality Evaluation Process for defining core indicator specifications to be specific, measurable, agreed upon, relevant and timely (SMART).
Data from the indicators provides evidence and accountability of how occupational therapy advances health outcomes, enhances satisfaction and optimises use of limited resources.
