Purpose
There are three resources:
- Skills and Knowledge Benchmark: Developed using the NDS capability framework to provide a guideline of requirements for staff with 0-2 year’ experience in the disability sector.
- Remote Supervision: Provides a range of strategies for supervising and supporting staff working remotely.
- Student Supervision Models and Strategies: Provides a range of models and strategies for supervising Allied Health Professionals in the disability sector.
The aim of the resources are to assist the sector to meet the challenge of ensuring a sustainable Allied Health Workforce in the context of the NDIS.
